We came in around 10 pm today and the boy in the white shirt at the register was the most welcoming person I’ve ever met; genuinely caring and made sure our first visit went perfect. There was also a girl with pigtails that was just as nice and attentive. Give them raises. If it weren’t for the delicious 10/10 food, than their customer service alone is enough for us to want to return. TRY THE MIXED DOLE SOFT SERVE. Mahalo!
This was our first time trying this restaurant and we will definitely go back! The manager, Mirian, was so helpful and so nice. She greeted us immediately and helped us with our order. We got the Molokai chicken, luau pork, and a twisted dole whip (definitely get this). My favorite part was the gluten free options because I recently had to go gluten free and the flavors were spectacular.
I had low expectations when I walked in- Chain Hawaiian just didn’t seem like a thing, but I was so wrong! We were greeted warmly by Synia and ordered our food at the kiosks. In less than 10 mins I had a “lunch” plate of amazing luau pig. While tempted to get the Mac and rice, I opted for the veggies and was not disappointed. I genuinely look forward to returning to sample the rest of the menu.
