Support a local family business. :) IB local nutrition is ran by a husband and wife who are very friendly, helpful and you can tell they love what they are doing. The drinks they provide are awesome. I had a meal replacement and I think energy drink not sure exactly. It was delicious and helped me through a long stressful morning. On a hot day I recommend treating yourself to the watermelon chili lollipop drink (pictured) you will not be disappointed.
