Carl's Jr.

I went to Carl's Jr. at 8:30 pm. With my friend To have dinner. We were going to go in and order our food but the rude over weight possably the manager, Hispanic woman. Had already locked the doors. I knocked until she came to the door. I asked to be let in due to the sign read they close at 9:00 pm. She said No, I'm not going to let anyone else in go through the drive thru. I said we just want to order our food and go. She said she had a guy sleeping and she wouldn't let us in. There were other people sitting down eating in the lobby. I couldn't understand what the problem was. Then she said there was a huge mess in the bathroom which my friend said we don't need to use the bathroom we just want to order our food. She then said then go through the drive thru. I already closed down the register. She was Rude and not nice at all. She didn't have a name tag on so we didn't catch her name. I definitely won't be coming to this Carl's Jr. Ever again.

They don't do take out like it says. If you don't have a car, that will fit the drive-through and I don't, you don't get an order. My Truck won't fit, so I will stop where it states "Take out"!

Great lunch with courteous service. Nice and clean... Easy way to pay etc. Good stop wile shopping or doing errands.
