HU's Szechwan Restaurant

I'm a self proclaimed noodle fanatic and this was at the top of my must-visit spots in Seattle! It definitely did not disappoint. Ribbons of thick noodle strands that never seem to end. We just kept on slurping. Flavors are solid and it made an amazing first meal in the city. I will say that these weren't the best biang biang noodles I've had (There's a special place in NYC that has my heart.), but this was a close second!

This place is great! I've passed by a million times and it often emits a delicious smell. Went there today finally for takeout, and its being Mother's Day, they were slammed. The order took a bit longer than expected because of the crush. They were gracious and even threw in an order of spicy chilled cucumber. The food we ordered was fantastic and man am I glad they threw in the cucumber! I'll be back just for that. Thank you!

-So lucky2 live on same block as Hu's. If I didnt, I'd do what I had2, 2get my food from this restaurant. -Hosts & hostesses r great, even over the ph, during their busiest hrs. -Couple wks ago, when pickingup, accidentally grabbed the wrong bag. -On my next visit, (pickingup, the following wk) host remembered, apologized 4the mixup & completely waived the price! Great place and people. Lucky2 live so close.
