Hungry Howie's Pizza

A actually use to enjoy the food here. But a recent incident made my not want to return. Ordered online, and one if the items I ordered was a salad. I was sick so I sent someone to get it for me. When they arrived after the quoted time, the order wasn't ready. They held off in making my order, because they were out of the salad. The employee then said they where unable to refund the order. Even as the manager was trying to explain how to do it. Left the restaurant and was planning to take it up, with the bank. At this point my phone started ringing and when I answered said it was the manager, offered his apologies, refunded the order and said he was gonna give me a 20 dollar credit, to keep my business. Well today I went to use that credit and suprise, it wasn't there. I don't expect a lot from fast food, but I am annoyed as to why the manager called to correct the issue, if he didn't plan on following through. There seems to be a serious decline in customer service at this location

Ordered a Deluxe Combination sub earlier today and just now sat down to eat it and after taking a few bites I felt something off and I ended up pulling plastic out of my mouth!!!! I will never order again from here, this was already a remake from a messed up order.

Just came from pizza hut don't have wings them commies. So.... I went to hungry Howie's and you got em.....
