Hungry Howie's Pizza

Last visit the pizza was nasty not fresh and over cooked and by waiting 10 to 15 min you would think it would be fresh!, too much tomato sauce also! I wouldn't go back and they forgot to put butter and parm! Probably won't be going back at least not to that location on E. Jefferson

As much as I love Howie's Pizza, it shouldn't be this hard to place an order. Online routinely pulls up Livonia, and ordering by phone is, well, just too much work for something that should be relatively simple. Please update/upgrade your systems and software. Employees can only do their best when they have the right tools.

I'm not sure why it's so difficult to get the VEGGIE subs and/or pizza correct. The last two times I ordered the veggie sub, half of the main veggies were missing. I don't bother calling all the time to complain because it's a waste of my time. Today I ordered veggie pizza and again one of the main veggies were missing. I did call and spoke to the manager and she said I can receive 50% off the next order. What next order??? Why should I continue to support a business that consistently get my orders incorrect. It's very frustrating!!! Maybe there needs to be more training on the VEGGIE menu items.
