The cooks needed some more training. Let the food burn on one side and not cooked on the other. Mangers where nice enough to take care of the bill after they also seen the food was under cooked.
We made the mistake of going on a Friday night. It was so packed the line for the grill was over 30 minutes and one of the chefs looked like he didn't know he was at work just letting the food burn. We ended up leaving after one round and will avoid this location. Our waitress was nice but obviously over booked on tables.
We stopped here for an early dinner and the food was great! I like that you can build your own plate and put what you want on it. Our server was ok at best. They were pleasant enough, but only came by once to see if we needed drink refills. Ultimately, food is great but service could improve.
