I need to give the Hudson 10 Stars!!! I’ve never had a good fish taco……EVER, until today!!! The fish taco was perfectly delicious!!! I would move to Texas just to eat here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. When I visit again, this is my spot. Everything we ate was perfect and so tasty. It’s classy and fine dining. Food this good should be celebrated!!! Keep up the good work!!!

We had an amazing brunch today! We all shared our food and it was so delicious! Let me see if I can remember! One of the girls ordered oysters, you pay market price per oyster! She couldn’t quit talking about them. Only one other girl would eat it and they were both raving about how good they were. Another ordered French Toast and over cooked bacon, they made it specific to her request. It was perfectly made and just melted in your mouth. Next, was a fish taco and it was really good, it’s actually wrapped like a burrito! She paired with fries and I’m going to be honest, the flavor was amazing, but the fries are cut so skinny, the get cold quickly and you have to shove a handful in your mouth to get the true flavors. Next, was Eggs Benedict with Lobster tail I think. She loved it, it had the best presentation and I did not taste that one! Last, was me and I ordered firecracker chicken and Mac and cheese! Both were soooooo good! The Mac and cheese was amazing! I wanted to get one togo!

Salmon is amazing! Chicken was great with their special sauce (didn’t catch the name but it was white) truffle fries are super good too, wish they were a bit thicker. My brother got the chicken & waffles and loved it (a bit too sweet for me). The workers & manager are very nice & ensure you have a pleasant experience. They gave a lovely slice of cake with a sparkler for my brothers birthday!
