We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Hot and Hot Fish Club. We got the charcuterie board appetizer, which was phenomenal! We also got the filet and the pork chop, and both were great. We will definitely be back!
We booked a Saturday night reservation to celebrate my husband's birthday. From the moment we walked into the restaurant we felt welcomed and completely taken care of for the entire evening. Carlos recommended the beef culotte -- it was perfectly tender and my only (very minor) critique would be that it was a hair over-seasoned... but even then, a touch more salt than necessary is better than an under seasoned steak. The fried chicken skin was a really nice touch. Husband loved the duck duo and we split the dark chocolate soufflé for dessert -- don't sleep on this, the dark chocolate carried through beautifully and it wasn't too sweet. We probably could have passed on the bread service -- the bread was hot and fresh but not life-changing, and the basil butter was delicious -- wonderful fresh basil flavor.
