Ordered ahead online wait said order would be ready in 20-25 mins got to the store and was told 5-10 mins. Asked three times during the first hour how much longer, to which I kept being told they’re working on it.. watched 4-5 people come in and order after me and get their wings before. Finally after an hour and 10 mins I ask have they even started working on my order?! Well low and behold no! I was told at that moment they were now.. literally would have still been waiting had I not gone up and said anything. They need some sort of management for these kids they have no rhyme or reason as to how orders are supposed to flow and no urgency for customers waiting. I will not be returning. Also got home to find out the wings were not roasted as requested on the order, more like soggy and flavorless! Not even remotely close to hooters
Love me some Hoots wings and the chicken sandwich is great also! This location has fast service and great employees.
