Terrible restaurant policy! I was placing an order for pick up, after putting in my order I tried to add a kids meal to my pick up order and was told I can only order kids meals via walkins…. What’s the difference??? You already don’t have a drive thru… I am calling ahead…. I can not add a kids meal for pick up I have to order inside?? #trash
Ordered 50 plain wings w/ sauce on the side yesterday 3/19/2023 and literally flushed or threw out $63 dollars worth of food. Some folks at my party tasted the wings were off sooner than other because they ate their wings plain. Others who ate their wings with sauce (like me) didn’t catch on to the old taste of the wings until it was too late. Just know folks, I’ve still got the runs! I won’t be ordering from here any time soon…my friends all got some kinda sick too…diarrhea, nausea, bloating…Order at your own risk. This location has to look into their sanitation and food storage practices. This Hooters will live in infamy as “sHooters”, a description of exactly how rotten wings will evacuate your body!
Absolutely terrible, food arrived very late and ice cold! I can’t believe they would even let something that clearly sat out waiting to get picked up for a delivery driver leave the store in this condition! I probably will never be back after this experience!
