Hookin Bull BBQ

My new favorite BBQ spot. When I came in the guy behind the counter learned it was my first time visiting so he told me to have a seat and he would be right back lol. Then he brought out some samples to help me decide what I wanted to eat. He was very personable with everyone that walked in, even the homeless guy that came in. I ended up getting the shrimp, ribs and Mac & cheese. The food was very good & enough food to eat off of twice! I went later in the day & They were out of buttermilk pie, so I’ll definitely be back to try that as well.

Probably the best bbq spot I could find in Jonesboro. The service is really good. They are very friendly and gave us a free sample of everything as we waited for our food on our first visit. The ribs were soft and fell off the bone, the mac and cheese, and baked beans were also on point. Everything we tried was really good. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I went late and most everything was gone. But they had everything I wanted. Teaches me not to wait until the last minute to decide what I want to eat. They asked if it was our first time there and yes, it was. They fixed us a sample plate. The food was absolutely delicious. No joke. There was a customer there who been doing business with Hookin Bull for 16 years. I now am a true customer. This will be the only place I get bbq ribs, rib tops, pulled pork, pulled chicken, jumbo shrimp and desserts. Hookin Bull for Life! Parking: It was a Sunday evening so parking was available.
