Big Ed's Bar-Be-Que

It's a hit and miss with this establishment. The first visit was awesome..I had the rib tips tender and very good. The next time ok my Fry's wasn't done..then I try again my tips wasn't even tender just tough and lots of bones. ????

The people are friendly and welcoming genuinely I like them having laughed both visits, the few issues I've had are probably due to the timing that I frequent and will probably be worked out in time. Sides were good, though a tad eccentrically priced. I will visit again in the future at an respectable hour ready for tasty ribs

Ordered a slab of ribs for $27.99 through uber eats. I only received 8 ribs, so I called and confirmed I should have received 12. The woman on the phone said I should report the driver and asked me how many boxes I received. I told her 2 boxes; she said yep should be 6 ribs in each box. I said ok thanks, and said goodbye. Then looked and could clearly see by the indentation marks on the bread beneath the ribs that only 4 ribs had ever been in each box. So Big Ed stole my 4 ribs or some of my money, depending on how you look at it. Now, all of a sudden they don't know how to answer the phone and it keeps going to voicemail. Shameful.
