Hoodfellas Bistro & Catering

We really enjoy trying different restaurants while visiting Baltimore. Our visit here fell a little short of our expectations. Service could have been better, staff not very attentive at times. We tried an appetizer first and the cheesesteak rolls were very delicious. But then we were told we couldn't order entrees before 2pm. It was already after 1pm. This was disappointing ????, but the waitress checked with the kitchen and we were told they would go ahead and serve us the entrees. BBQ ribs were delicious, but chicken was a little dry. Mac & cheese was taking a grease bath, Lol. It was hit or miss with the food. But, the place had a nice vibe, and great music we can appreciate.

Beautiful atmosphere with friendly staff. Buffalo wings were salty, Mac & cheese was ok, candied yams were good, curly fries were excellent. Only carry 4 brands of beer and my Coors light wasn't one so that was my biggest disappointment.

Most awful dining experience ever. We arrived at the restaurant and got seated quickly. However it took 35 minutes for someone to take our order. That’s after we got up from our table and went to the hostess station to find out what was going on. The person that was supposed to be our server walked past us at least 20 times and wouldn’t even acknowledge us. However she was in the corner by the register on her phone more times then we can count. To have so many employees walking around in red shirts and not even bother to acknowledge the customer was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was not even at full capacity. The hostess had to come and take our order. We never even got an actual waitress. We didn’t even get our food till after 10 o’clock at night. They didn’t offer to take drink orders while we waited. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a restaurant where I had to get up and find someone to take my order. It was absolutely awful. Then the food was even worse. I’ve
