A combination of Chinese take out and Japanese. Nothing to write home about. The Brussels Sprouts were boring and basic. The chicken and lettuce dish was basic as well. The sushi was decent.
Such a great sushi place. I got a volcano roll. It was delicious!! It comes in 10 pieces so it was more than enough for me.
They have items for people with food allergies but lack attention to detail to make this a reliable dining option. I had noticed I wasn't able to mark my order GF for my food allergy on door dash so I had called prior to my order and let them know. They had told me that they would inform the kitchen and that this would not be a problem. I called them again after placing the order to let them know again and they told me they'd let the kitchen know. I asked my door dasher to double check on my food. My door dasher informed me that the restaurant was never informed of my food allergies and they can only make my food a specific way if they are contacted and informed of it. I had to cancel my order. I did not eat Hiro 88 this evening but I'm at least happy my door dasher got free food. I hope my dasher enjoys it. Dietary restrictions: The restaurant has options for dietary restrictions but lacks attention to detail to make eating here a safe dining experience.
