I have had the pleasure of eating here on a few occasions and have experienced stellar service and food that tastes so good I can’t even fathom how it’s possible. Every single time we go we experience taste bud euphoria (a tastegasm of sorts). We were there a few days ago and had the best Anniversary food and drinks in Denver. Our server Manny was polite, professional, and pleasant. He didn’t overserve or underserve us - he appeared magically with perfect timing as needed. Not sure how they do it but Hillstone runs a well organized restaurant with the best food and staff ever. If you have a chance to go with your significant other, the atmosphere at night is the best. Be sure to dress nicely as they do have a dress code. Besides… it’s fun to get all dressed up and go on a date or go out with a friend.
One of the best spots in town. Hillstone is consistently first class in service, food, and drinks. The French French Dip and ribs are out of this world. If the artichokes happen to be in season, order them/shoot me a DM. The grilled artichokes are the BEST!!
Simply divine! The grilled artichoke and sushi was absolutely delicious. Paired this with wine and a kale salad and left feeling so refreshed and satisfied. You will not be disappointed.
