Ok, this place is fine but it’s no 4.2 stars. It’s average at best but for BBQ on a road trip, average is fine. The folks were especially nice and it’s a comfortable place, but don’t expect “out of this world”
This was some of the best hometown bbq Ive had in Texas. The sides seemed to be home made which was icing on the cake. Amazing food and kind people. Give this place a try if you're looking for a wholesome place with great food.
Wow! Amazing barbecue, everything we had was delicious! Brisket and ribs were tender and well smoked, jalapeno sausage was good, okra was so good my 3 year ate a pint of it. My 8 year old says the macaroni and cheese is some of the best he's ever tasted. Staff was courteous and made us feel like family. Even though we live out of town we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
