It was our first time eating inside the restaurant and we loved it! We tried a few different margaritas and my favorite was between the cucumber and the strawberry margaritas with the coconut coming in at a close 2nd! The food was great, I really like that they give you an option for the rice and beans as a family style portion so people get what they need and you don't Iverson order. The tacos were do good too!! We loved everything especially the staff, they were friendly and gave good recommendations too. It's going to be our go to spot now that we're moving to Oak Park this Summer!!
Absolute excellence! The menu is well-priced and the food is top-tier. Our waitress was very nice and the flavor combinations were well thought out and balanced (sweet grilled pineapple, smooth avocado, spicy and tangy hibiscus flower all on a homemade tortilla!) I will most definitely be back and can't wait to see what else they have to offer!
Dropped in to order tacos on a quiet Saturday afternoon (there was only one group of 3 people dining inside at the time). We ordered 6 tacos and to my surprise they came out extremely fast. Although the service was fast, the food came out ice cold. I notified our waiter who assured us that he would speak with a manager about it. After waiting to hear back from the waiter, he simply returned and asked if we were ready for the bill. The flavor was actually pretty good, but the temperature made it feel as if it was not cooked fresh.
