this is the best hotel restaurant in the Valley of the Sun. impeccable service, wonderful staff (thank you James and Rhonda!), and a highly-executed bar/restaurant menu—featuring delicious cocktails/bar program, as well as serious attention to detail. they bring charm, style, and grace to every interaction. as a chef, i give my highest recommendation for my numerous experiences as a hotel guest, pool lounger, and restaurant diner. the ambiance and their serious desire to provide each guest with a delightful experience is apparent with every bite, sip, and conversation. thank you, team. please keep doing exactly what you do because it is the best. -Chef Trev

Wonderful restaurant on a beautiful property (within Shadow Mountain). I've been here for brunch and dinner and enjoy them both. There is a beautiful view of the mountains here, service is always attentive and not intrusive. The chef prepares an amazing menu with good variety and local ingredients without being overwhelming. The beef here is so good, I love the steak and eggs and the beef on the dinner menu. It was hard to try something else, but the monkfish was amazing (I gave it a shot bc the crudo and octopus apps are always so so so good too). I live nearby and haven't stayed at the resort, I need to give it a try bc I am sure I will not be disappointed.
