Waited 40 mins for food. Two burgers undercooked. Chicken also undercooked and came without prawns which were recommended !! It was quiet on the day so god knows how long it would take if it was busy. We didn't eat food and informed waitress we weren't going to pay for poor quality. Told her to inform manager. Still had to pay for drinks. No apology of management. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Havana was a great choice and worth the 2 hour drive. Great atmosphere, awesome staff (Migual and Juan behind the bar were great!) and yummy food! Girls night out and we swore we would order all this food but with the scrumptious appetizers and perfectly made drinks we were too full to order more. Will be returning to try more! Service was a little slow but they did apologize and they made up for it in free shots! Definitely recommend.
Good ambiance but service and food is horrible. They also automatically added 20% tip on the bill and 3% fee for paying by card what a steal!
