VEGAN RAMEN!!! Not vegetarian, not veggie, but clearly stated vegan :o And it's good!! I'm no expert, but I grew up eating ramen in Japan and it tastes like stuff I've had there, which I feel is pretty rare! Refreshing light colored broth with that shiny oil - I also thought the noodles were decent and al dente enough ALSO! There's this raised "tatami" area, just like in some restaurants in Japan! They asked us where we wanted to sit and since the whole place was empty (at like noon on a Saturday) we had to sit there! Vegetarian options: Vegan ramen Aac roll (avocado, asparagus, cucumber)
