Harold's Chicken Shack

This location is absolutely fantastic! It was my first time visiting. The chicken was hot and it was very fresh (the bones were white as they should be). Also, I received ample sauce without purchasing additional sauce. I, highly, recommend it to anyone who enjoys Harold’s Chicken.

The young lady India taking the orders was very rude and have poor customer service skills. The customers standing in line to place their orders and she's not even acknowledging anyone, just standing in looking with a nasty attitude on her face. She doesn't say hello or can I help. Then, after we place are order when paying she say cash only when the sign clearly say they accept card. She was talking on the phone when placing orders and when picking them up! She was forgetting to give people their drinks and coleslaw. This was the most ridiculous experience I have every had, like you guys need to do better. I want do service ever again with this business and tell everyone I know about the poor customer service I experience today. Stay away from this place they don't appreciate your service period.

I have gone to this location for years. Today, I waited 40min for my 5 wing order. When I told the 2 young girls working the front counter about this, they seemed to think it was funny. In disgust, I flicked my receipt at the dark skinned girl and she tried to act like I shot her. Nevermind that there were other angry customers in the lobby. This location will Never get another dime of my money. ????????????????
