Never had a good experience at any of their franchises. Orders are never ready upon arrival and they have no regard for time or service. Long waits are typical and staff has low energy and there is no such thing as multi tasking no matter how many people are behind the counter. Orders are telegraphed ahead long before arrival but nothing happens until you arrive. It seems that is when they catch the chicken, pluck it, gut it, cut it up and prepare it and then cook it. It's the same at every Harold's I have visited. Their playbook has not changed for decades. No real system or processes in place. Not interested in making modifications. They are an institution and a tradition in Chicago but they are over rated unless you are a custom to enjoying long waits. If so, good luck with that. Parking: Plenty of parking.
