I ordered 12 pieces of chicken for my family. These tiny thighs were in the pan. And, no, they did not add chicken to the 12 pieces to account for this. The second thigh is tiny (but not as tiny). However, along the sides I could tell that it was refried (old chicken). The last photo is the inside of the undone drumstick I almost feed my child. This is unacceptable and a total waste of money. I wish a zero star rating was possible.
They need to hire a REAL COOK. The chicken was nasty and the grease was old. I waited 20 minutes for this! Mild sauce was a knock off. The cashier was also the cook. I decided to give them a try and was disappointed. The chicken lacked flavor. I could have cooked this better at home. They put a shame to Harold's Chicken name.
Change the oil and prepare the food fresh. This place has really gone downhill. The entire place reeked of old burnt oil. I really should have taken my business elsewhere. The young lady working the counter didn’t speak or even respond when I said thank you. You can’t have poor customer service AND bad food! Choose a struggle.
