Chili's Grill & Bar

Dined here for the first time on a Friday evening, around 7pm. There were many diners at this time and we had about a 20 minute wait. They text when your table is ready, so you can wait outside or in your car if you want. We enjoyed our food (triple dipper consisting of fried mozzerella, original chicken crispers, and Southwest egg rolls, old timer burger w/ fries, and buffalo chicken sandwich w/ fries) and beverage (strawberry ice tea). Our server was really nice and personable. Sidenote- The fried mozzerella is a new appetizer option that we were really happy about because we lovvvve cheese sticks.

Didn’t get my beer twice. First time I mentioned It to the server and then she told me the draft was out. Then I ordered a different and it never came. Had them take off both beers from bill. Food was cold and the pico that came with the fajitas was withered. We asked for containers and got them 30 minutes later. Food was also cold. Server only came by every 30 minutes in the almost 2 hours we were there.

I came into to eat on a Friday night and although there were available seats at the bar, I was told that I would have to wait 15 minutes while they cleaned the bar. I waited twenty minutes, still no service. I go back to the hostess and she asks me what I’m waiting for. Seriously? I request the manager who then seats me. I wait another 10 minutes before a young lady named Diamond was sweet enough to notice that I wasn’t being serviced. Terrible management, terrible staff (outside of Diamond). The daytime shift is much better from my experience.
