Hardee's

I keep telling myself that I will quit eating here because of the lack of service, higher prices and substandard quality. I was on a business trip and stopped by again, hoping for improvement. Prayerfully my company will reimburse me. Walked in and the girl was moving slower than a snail. There was no one in drive thru. She finally took my order. They can't mess up my orange juice. Ordered 2 pork chop and gravy biscuits and a steak biscuit. Seems like they have cut back on gravy. Flavor is still there, but the biscuits were over cooked and cracked like a part in your haircut. I'm used to biscuits being so moist that they melt in your mouth. Not this time. Same as last time I came through here a few weeks ago.

Worst Hardees ever. Consistently gives me the wrong order. My last visit my medium drink was only half full, my HOT ham and cheese was cold to the point the cheese was barely even melted. Ordered and paid for extra cheese and no extra cheese was on the sandwich. The bun type is different every time I order the same sand which. You’re lucky if they even take a drive through order. Ordering in the restaurant takes half an hour to get your food. I’m done with this location and do not recommend.
