Placed an order via the drive thru tonight. My food was cold and my order was not correct. To make things worse I was given extra cold fries. I went in to get fresh fries. The young man at the counter took my cold fries, gave them to the cook. I watched this young kid dump my fries back in the basket and place them in the grease. Take them out and hand the same container ( which passed three folks hands ) back to the counter person to give to me. I asked are these new fresh fries Because they came back so quick. The Mexican kid who dumped the fries back in the grease yells out yes. I was really angry, I knew he had just lied. I watched him dump those fries back in the grease. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Throw items away that come back into the restaurant to keep us all safe. I did request a refund, I’ll never visit the Otter Creek location again. My goal is to make sure folks I know stay away from this location as well.
