Had a new years lunch here and their food production was on point. Crispy fries, well cooked burger (not overly doused in mayonnaise) and generous ham for their $1 ham and cheese in happy hour. Pleasantly surprised.
Food service was terrible, person at window was not professional, on the phone and when working inside was very unsanitary while forgetting details of our order. The burger I got tasted very off as well and was not good at all. I was pretty disappointed.
What a terrible experience. The manager Rosalynn had a major attitude and slammed the window on me for not notifying her st time of order I had a coupon then I called the store and she hung up on me. Terrible customer service and food was cold.
