It serves as a reminder that anyone can open a restaurant, if you need motivation opening a restaurant then try this place. It shows you don’t need good food but just a desire to open one. Save your money and go somewhere else. The food tastes nasty, lacks flavor and texture. Overpriced for what you get (portion and taste). All of it you can make at home because they use an instant pot. There’s nothing original about this place.
Oh man they home make their tortillas and everything from scratch. It's so freaking good! Guisi is seriously a hidden gem . New favorite restaurant by far . These tacos are literally a work of art . So freaking delicious .
We tried the birria and the chicken tacos today. The quality and flavor are outstanding. Served hot and fresh. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.
