Very unique menu items at a decent price. The service was just as good as the food. I would recommend the chorizo cheese dip, as well as the cocktails.
Authentic and amazing food! It's actually spicy y'all I got the red chilaquiles with carnitas and the portion was perfect. It was so perfectly seasoned!! We also got chips and salsa with the arbol and sesame salsa. The chips don't fall apart like that cheap ish Server was really nice and food came out so fast!! 10/10 will be coming here again ????
Full disclosure, I am a little picky about Mexican. Gringo’s was okay. The tacos were meaty and the chicken was cooked well but they wanted more flavor something to balance. The green sauce was also just okay. The black bean empanada also wanted more flavor and the red sauce was overwhelmed by liquid smoke. And the service was attentive but not what I would call friendly. I will be trying other Mexican restaurants in Raleigh before coming back here.
