Grill Master Tony's BBQ

We had 25 family members at our home for Easter Sunday. We had a traditional ham, and as a surprise for our guests, we ordered a large brisket from Grill Master Tony. The brisket arrived as promised on Saturday with easy-to reheat directions. I was concerned a "re-hearted" brisket would not measure up to the same day off the smoker brisket. Not only was the brisket provided by GM Tony fantastic, but most of the crowd thought I had smoked the brisket myself and just took it off the smoker. The real payoff was how perfect the meat turned out. The look and taste of the brisket were terrific! Not only did Grill Master Tony deliver a fantastic product, but he also saved me ten to fifteen hours of prep and cook time. Maybe the best was the good night of sleep before the gathering!
