Good food, Terrible service. Order placed at 5:39 online, wasn't accepted til 5:56 due to an apparent glitch in the system. Was told on phone and email it would be ready at 6:16. Got there at 6:20 and the guy goes to check on my order. Comes back and flips through the receipts and runs to back again. My order was clearly not even made and was forgotten. I finally left 30 minutes later at 6:50 only to get home and find out I didn't get my $5 worth of dipping cheeses I paid for. All I got was a quick "sorry for the wait". If you do order here, I suggest calling a few times to make sure they actually remember to make the food.
Pizza was delicious. Unfortunately, the service staff consisted of a group of listless teens... I've had worse service but it was frustrating since my son and I were one of only two dine-in tables. I asked for a box and the waitress asked if I was ready for the check; I wasn't ready to leave but wasn't ordering more so I said "sure". She then prepared the check and brought it to me, prompting me to remind her I actually asked for a box... Then she brings the box pictured (with visible grease stains on the exterior and a grease-stained liner inside) and disappears to the back. Finally she emerges from the kitchen again so I get her attention and ask for another box "since this one seemed used..." to which she says "sure", brings another box and takes the dirty one without another word--not "sorry about that!" or "geez, not sure how that happened but sorry!"... Nada, as if it were normal to exchange an obviously used/dirty container for another container. Anyway, like I said, it was goo
Honestly, the pizza quality was not good at all. The pizza was a 5 cheese pizza with sausage. I think it came with 2 types of cheese, and one of them I’m not even sure what it was. Maybe Parmesan? Not sure. Forgot the ranch we ordered. Just expected a little more for the price I paid.
