Staff in the kitchen including manager need to consider that some customers speak Spanish. Some of the language used in that kitchen including slang and curse words was embarrassing and would never be allowed if spoken in English. I’m not against the use of Spanish language in work place; I think it’s ok to use your first language but staff need to be mindful of words and phrases that are too disrespectful for a work place. Food is good but experiences like this one make not want to go back
Put condiments on my burger I did not ask for. So I went without dinner while my significant other ate. Came back the next day with untouched food and a receipt - they did replace it however the manager laughed at me and did nothing for the inconvenience. Won’t be returning to this location.
I am never disappointed when I go to five guys. The hamburgers are always the best. The fries are unsurpassed. If you order large fries you had better be hungry
