Great Harvest

Sadly, this place has lost its footing on what used to be top notch customer service by the employees. On a recent trip there, business was slow, and the employees seized the opportunity to socialize with one another while ignoring their few customers. When they called my name to pick up my order, not everything that I paid for made its way to my bag. They also just left my loaf of bread sitting on the counter, and did not say a word. I returned to retrieve it but unfortunately, some items were still missing in my order and was not realized until I got home. This is NOT how the business was before. While their bakery and food items are good, the subpar customer service hurts them big time.

Great bread but staff is unfriendly. I used to work in the same complex and it was great but recently it has gone down hill. Also no more custom sandwich’s which sucks.

I placed a large sandwich order a day prior, and when I came in to pick it up, the sandwiches were neatly packaged and labeled, and a nice gentleman walked them to my car for me. Great sandwiches and stellar service!
