Absolutely gross! Placed my order as I was waiting and watching them make sandwiches I witnessed one employee sneeze- did not wash hands or Change gloves, two employees rub there nose with gloves hands and did not change gloves or wash hands or move away from the work station a couple employees drinking iced coffees while working. Very unsanitary work place/restaurant. Will not return.

Food is as expected but there was NOTHING “freaky fast” about the service. We and 5 other parties waited at least 20 minutes for our sandwiches. It felt as though they were trying to take their time. Too bad you can’t UNtip.

Refused to put condomints on my sandwich. Gave me packets of mayo and a plastic knife. I eat alot of JJs this is the first time I was told of a size requirement for "freebies" maybe it's because I'm handicapped idk but felt very uneasy. Won't be coming back to this store.
