The lady didn't speak very clear English and had a difficult time understanding me. We all got sick after eating it though, including the dog. I don't know what's up with that! I did place my order an hour before closing so maybe some of the food we received wasn't fresh. This was my first time going there for a year because the chicken we received was absolutely horrible, we couldn't even chew through it and there was tons of fat and chunks of bone! I think they gave us the meat at the bottom of the barrel. They used to be so good but I fear those days are long gone! They also charged my card a higher amount than what they should have and what they told me!!! Obviously, I can't recommend this place, I encourage you to go somewhere else. Not worth the money.
Almost 2 hrs before I recieved my delivery I called the restaurant after an 1 1/2 hour woman on the phone wouldn't let me cancel. Food wasn't even edible...
The food is amazing but staff is so rude and unprofessional. They have an attitude half the time and today I ordered on Door Dash. I just clicked "order again" for the same exact order I had gotten a few days ago. I got fried rice instead of white rice. So I call them, and she argues with me and says "it's your fault, not ours." Gives me some spiel about how I ordered something different when I ordered exactly the same thing as before and got white rice and how the default for THAT is fried rice and not white rice (which is really stupid, all default rice should be white rice or at least the same kind of rice, why make it different?). After she said it was my fault I just hung up, makes me want to find a different Chinese place.
