So you lied about the time that the food is supposed to be done. You said 15 minutes I've been sitting out here since 1:55pm. It's now 2:09pm and you now coming to tell me it's going to be another 10 minutes. How do we go from 15 minutes to longer than that? I will never come here again this is bad customer service all the way around. It's too hot to have people just sitting outside. There is nobody here yet I'm still waiting.

Used to be good food. Ordered a three piece chicken with fries and Mac n cheese, only to be told fries are going to take three minutes...close to ten minutes later in 97 degree heat here comes one of their employees empty handed. Couldn't have the fries I waited for, he said they are soggy. Got home with food finally...and I only received 2 pieces of chicken and not the three I paid for. My husband's chili had french fries floating in it. (No wonder it was soggy)Food was nasty. No more grandys for me!

I was craving a BET sandwich, ordered the combo which was 7.39, somehow my total was 8.89. Apparently, there is an .80 cent up-charge for soda at breakfast... That is ridiculous, especially for the size of drink you get. When I get to the window, I asked about the total, she explains the up-charge and then hands me my order, except it wasn't my order. I am glad I checked it before I pulled off. When I get my correct order, the sandwich is WAY smaller than it used to be and the hash brown tasted like grease. Even if it tasted great, $9 for that meal is WAY overpriced. I gave them 2 stars for the $4.99 chicken fried steak meals twice a week. Otherwise, I wouldn't waste your time or money.
