City Bites

Normally I have a pretty good food and customer service here. But today I called in an order for two mesquite spuds, got there ten minutes later, and waited in the lobby while I heard the entire 4 person team in the kitchen socializing about lottery tickets. I was the only customer. Got home with my food and there was NO JOKE a half inch of grease in the container, my potato barely stayed in the container because it was literally swimming in grease, if the potato itself was lighter, it would have floated. Used to come here a lot, but the lack of customer service care and lackluster food, I’ll just make it myself for a third of the price. Would not recommend.

Personally a few months ago city bites on 39th expressway and macarthur had more female staff that made the environment more inviting and perky the potatoes that were served were always on point. I love city bites Mesquite turkey spuds just this one time my order on both spuds were overly marinated with greese and butter I haven't gone back since. I will soon just to see if they have improved.
