Grandma's Restaurant

Grandmas had exceptional service. However, I found the food to be midling. While the ingredients in each dish were top notch, the preparation was subpar. The food was somewhat bland and lacking in flavor.

I left throwing up. We ordered raspberry iced tea which came out sparkling and tasted like a mix of all sodas. I asked to change and requested a Dr Pepper. It was not very sweet an on my second sip I felt a large chunk of something in my mouth. It was grime from them not cleaning the machine. My tongue was covered in black specks of grime. My husband and picked up and kids and we left. On the way out the waitress apologized and said the machine was out of co2 and that the tip of the spout broke out. I threw up as my husband was putting the kids in the car. I’ve watched enough kitchen nightmares to know that that black stuff was from them not cleaning the machine often. Support small business but not this one.

I stopped in the morning for breakfast and it was delightful. The team was very nice, the food was very good, it came out quickly, and I really liked the portions. It wasn't too much and neither was the price. It's a great way to start the day.
