I am a wedding coordinator and we assisted a couple here at the end of October 2022. Grand Concourse is a great place to have your wedding! The staff goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. Our couple was married at the top of the steps, in front of the glass doors, and it was beautiful. They had a sit down dinner and it was delicious. This is one of the best places in Pittsburgh for a wedding.
The opulent architecture and stunning details of the building make the destination the reason to go. The Grand Concourse captures a time in history that we rarely get to experience and turns it into a fabulous dining experience. The food is pretty good, too! ;)
The baked ricotta was a great balance of savory rich and sweet, and the miso salmon was a tasty recommendation by the waitress. Views of downtown are great especially at night. Waitress also gave a great rundown on the historical meaning of the restaurant to the city.
