Came by this morning.. had to seat my self due to staff shortage. Ashley was our server and was doing everything within her reach to take care of her section and running back and forth between register, expo, and tables. Noticed many tables dirty of guest who had already ate and left. I had to clear my own table as well. After sitting there for a while I finally saw two ladies who began clearing dirty dishes of tables…. One server stranded out from the rest, Naely was commanding the expo line while taking care of tables and running food. Ahmed who seems to be the Mgr on the floor seem to be not supportive to his team and instead of jumping in to assist seemed to be lost and was not giving much direction or support.. useless.. maybe Naely would do a better job at managing the shift. Over all the food was decent to say the least, Ashley was attentive to our needs and took care of our order even though we understood was what’s going on… If the team had a real leader to manage the floor an
Spacious dining room, comfortable booths, attentive staff, great, fresh food, and clean spacious bathrooms. What more could you want? The literally only drawback is the parking lot is a little small. And I can deal with that because everything else is so wonderful.
First and very important great customer service Maxie my waitress was so kind and attentive! I received my breakfast right away eggs cooked just right the bacon nice and crispy just like ordered it. My pancakes were delicious and coffee was awesome! Highly recommended!
