Golden Grill Restaurant

I am being rather generous with 2 stars. Ordered a Ham & Cheese sandwich which they charged $5.95 - 1 thin slice of ham and 1 thin slice of cheese. They are 'out of' gyro meat, so I ordered the stuffed cabbage dinner which was rather borderline 'ok'. I think the potatoes were instant, 'out of' gravy and the green beans were tired ones warmed up from a can. Disappointed.

Nice old lady but brought total wrong order and when told her she still tryed to sell me what I didn't order. After talking about it for 5 minutes I said screw it and just talk what was already made then ask for a side of biscuits and gravy to take home and I got French fries instead I will never go back there I could have left Without paying but apparently they are going to need it so I left a $7 tip and left will never return there

Staff is soooo nice. Food is great, especially when you consider the price. Not the greatest decor but if you're worried about that you probably wouldn't have made it pass the parking lot. This is a classic diner feel and home cooking. I LOVE these types of places and this one didnt disappoint. I still give it a great review but I wish you could write out what you want the tip to be. If you pay with a credit card the waitress will ask you so she can run it through the machine. This is by no part the waitresses doing, it seems that the only way she can process it is by knowing beforehand, but it does make for some awkwardness. I'm a good tipper, so always give $5 even though our bill has never totalled $20 but I wish I could write it down.
