Terrible personell, stay away!!!! I just came from there.I was completely ignored, and when the host finally came and ask, may I help you, and I answered yes, I would like a menu and sit on the patio, she never came back, as she promised to seat me. I was standing there like an idiot,waiting for nobody to come back. They had plenty seating on the patio The staff was more interested in the ice hockey game on the big screen than seating me. Absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing. You lost a customer, plus I will let my friends and coworkers know. I hope I'm wrong, but it appeared, that I have the wrong skin color for that establishment,as I'm Spanish looking and the clientele was all Caucasians. So after a while being completely ignored, I left. Not happy, and hungry!
I went to a Celebration of life gathering for a friend and this place, by far is way better than the Glory Days in Winter haven. The atmosphere was nice, the staff was extremely friendly, the food was good! The waitresses kept up the pace considering there were a lot of people. Really enjoyed this restaurant.
What an amazing experience we all had at Glory Days Grill for my grandson Jacob's graduation dinner. Perfect atmosphere, the food was cooked as all 30 of us requested, we didn't have to ask for refills on our drinks, our A1 waitress kept them coming. We all received our food at the same time with no error. I wish I could remember our waitresses name to give her a shout out, we were there Saturday June 3rd 2023 at 6:00pm in the event room. It was my first time there but it will not be my last. One more thing, the whole entire staff was so friendly and you could tell they are a family not just coworkers... I could go on but I'll stop here..????
