It's been a long time since we've patronized this restaurant. Hubby and I enjoyed a much needed date night. Dinner, drinks, and a movie scheduled for tonight. Gloria's was very busy this afternoon, luckily they were able to accomadate us. The drinks were delicious. I hadn't had an ADIOS in a long time, and the bartender made it perfect. Unfortunetly, I can't say the same about the food. The chips were stale, so I requested a fresh order. We sent back the ceviche tostadas, because they didn't taste fresh. Hubby enjoyed his chicken enchiladas, but I had to send back my shrimp filled chile relleno. I was disappointed because there were only two small pieces of shrimp (not a whole shrimp) in the poblano pepper. I appreciate that management accomodated me by replacing the chile relleno and ensuring that it was prepared properly. Great food and super kind service! We sat down in the outside patio for lunch. Our waiter immediately introduced himself and brought some free nachos with 2 very tasty dips. He also explained some dishes upon us asking. The food arrived surprisingly quickly and was very tasty. While enjoying the food we had a nice view of the harbour.
