Gloria's Latin Cuisine

I know there won't be a response from management for a negative review, so shame on you. Salsa and black bean dip are good. I ordered the combination plate. Crispy taco was good, but I had to build it myself??? Steak soft taco was very good. Chicken enchilada was cold and I needed more enchilada sauce, but my server never checked on me, so I wasted money and didn't eat it. She actually walked by me twice and said nothing. Training issue? Although, she was like in her 50's, so she should know to check on customers within 3 to 4 minutes after being served. I had to ask the manager for my tab. I tipped the big $0.00. The plates are way too small for the food. Half of your food winds up on the table while eating. Who does that? The food is good, but could be hotter, and the service is way below the price I paid. C'mon, man! I very seldom eat out, but when I do, it's Mexican. I recommend Abuelos!

The manager Jesus and waitress Maria did outstanding service!! The table next to us dropped a knife on the floor. Jesus was fast and kind to replace it with lightning speed. Wow never have I seen great service. Gloria's is a reminder of what a restaurant should be. Haven't seen this in years. Thanks Gloria!!

Retracking my initial feedback, as the restaurant is now accepting delivery and i want to post my recent sentiment about this restaurant. Glorias has been around for decades, and they survive each and every economy crash bc their service and quality remain awesome throughout the years. With covid and recent changes one of the things that caught my attention is their care for our food. They package it with care, to a point where it's difficult to open it bc of all the plastic they use to secure the food and/or drinks. Thanks for caring, and my apologies for my first review, we have to give credit where its due and this was an overdue review!!
