I’m new to the Bethlehem area from nj/ny and it’s hard for me to find a place around here that I actually can say Id come back too. Ginzas food is greatttt from the quality to the flavor it’s definitely there! I had their hibachi for lunch about 4 times now and it never disappoints. I love the miso soup as well. Overall just great thought I’d share.
The takoyaki was amazing! Got the American roll. Also got the Red snapper, eel and tuna forgot to take a picture of the beautiful plate but it was AMAZING! If I'm ever back in Pennsylvania I will definitely come back. It's a small restaurant but worth it!
So very good. Had take out. The first ever place that knows to seperate the hot food from sushi/rolls! The preparation and quality/taste of our entire order is absolutely the best we've had in this area! Highly recommend!
