This hands down might be one of the best Italian restaurants in Alabama if not the south. Iva in the Wine Bar is an amazing individual and will make your meal feel like you’re one of the family. Bailey is super great too and very patient with explaining to new customers!
Upon arrival, parking is almost 100% valet. The restaurant is smallish, but with a quaint atmosphere. Our server Svets was the utmost professional! Our appetizer (Antipast) was the Fiocchi, and it was out of this world! For the main course I went with the nightly special of Quail. Yum! My wife very much enjoyed the Veal. Bombolini was a shared dessert - also scrumptious! A (literary) hidden gem in the Birmingham area! Will return!
The food was outstanding. We’re from Florida and I found this place and it was really good from the service to the food wise. Definitely gonna come back for sure
