McDonald's

Terrible customer service. The clerk shorted me a sausage biscuit and claimed I did not order it but the ticket said I did. The manager was very rude and seemed irritated to help us. Then she lectured me about me getting a free refill because my once used cup by me could not be refilled. I called 2 other Birmingham area McDonald's on the spot and was told that they DID give free refills in store dining which we did. After I told the manager that she did do a free refill but commented to my wife "Jesus it's just a cup of drink". The food was good so I'm telling it like it is. Great food but terrible service. I noticed that there were hardly any customers inside the store after our experience there today we can understand why and will not return.

My husband and I took our three grandchildren ages 8, 5 and 4 to lunch at this McDonalds location after Bible School this week and it was the worst experience! The employees and manager treated us and the other few patrons with complete disrespect… acting as if we had no business being in the place. The drive thru and the app orders were backed up and all these employees could do was bicker and talk to each other and act like there weren or waitingsthis to for their foodcame I. To order were actually cussed out and they left… our littles overheard the whole debacle and the oldest began asking what the people were saying to each other and why were they yelling. It was very scary!! The food was awful and it was clear that nothing was freshly cooked… even the McFlurry we ordered was so hard it could not be eaten. Why does McDonalds allow one of their establishments to be run this poorly? Obviously it’s is management,.. but this place needs to be imploded if they aren’t going to give dec

1. Food what's good 2. Did not have to wait long in line. 3. Food came up in a reasonable time. 4. When you drive up the lot was dirty. 5. The windows was filthy. 6. No one came out to clean tables. I TRULY MISS THESE THINGS. They are just as important as quality food & good service.
