My friends and I drove out from New Jersey to have lunch here for my birthday. Well, what can I say other than it was worth the 4 hour trip!! The atmosphere felt like I was at home. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful. The food....... WOW! no wonder it's 1 of the top 20 Italian restaurants in America!! Everything was fresh and creamy! I would definitely drive back here again!
It was the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life!!! I ordered DiMare and my husband had lobster fusilli. Both of them were excellent with their unique sauce. Grilled Octopus was the day’s specialty and it was amazing. You can taste the flavor of charcoal grill. The waiter was only so nice and professional. It’s highly recommended. They do not accept credit card which is the only negative feedback about this restaurant.
Great service! Me and my wife’s first time in Boston and heard the Italian food in the north end is a must try. I was timid to choose cuz there is so many options. But I’m glad we chose this one! Feel like family right when you come in, great daily specials and delicious bread to snack on as you wait for your meal. Note it’s cash only!
