I went to the Cantina on Hanover Street for Father’s Day. There were six of us. The service was attentive without being overbearing. They explained the menu well when some of my family had questions. Everyone enjoyed the food. I had veal Parmesan, which was excellent. It is more impressive to me that the service and food was excellent on a holiday. We will definitely be back again.
Nice place! Every employee we encountered was pleasant and professional. Our server, Silvi, was attentive and personable. The bathroom was very clean. The food presentation was lovely. We had sausage ravioli which I thoroughly enjoyed and calamari that was beautifully cooked but lacked seasoning. I would certainly recommend this restaurant!
Wanted authentic Italian, so we went to the North End Little Italy. We happened by Catalina Italian, and what a delight. Fresh homemade pasta and bread. Great Sangria. Vegetarian options are available as well. Vegetarian options: The pesto was fantastic!
